PAYMENT METHOD

Cash Over The Counter

  1. All payment must be made in full after ordering the products.
  2. Please bring along your invoice/cash bill when collecting the products.

Bank Deposit

  1. Please email us ( dataprint.sales@gmail.com ) your reference number and your order.
  2. We will reply your email informing about the availability of the product/service and when the product(s) will be delivered after receiving your payment.
  3. Once we confirmed the availability of the product/service, please proceed with the payment via bank deposit.
  4. Write your reference number on the bank deposit slip.
  5. We will send you an email confirming that we have received your payment and will inform you when your product(s) will be ready (according to the terms agreed in an earlier email).

Cheque Payment

  1. Please email us ( dataprint@gmail.com ) your reference number and your order.
  2. We will reply your email informing about the availability of the product/service and the duration of the delivery of finished product(s).
  3. Please send us the cheque and write the following on the back of the cheque:
    • Name
    • Order/Reference number (as written in your email)
    • Contact number
  4. We will send you an confirmation email to you after we have received your cashed in your cheque.
  5. We will inform you when your products will be ready according to the terms agreed in the earlier email.

DELIVERY METHODS

Hands Delivery

  • This delivery can only be done within Kuching and Kota Samarahan.
  • Delivery charges is negotiable and shall be paid before delivery.


Mail Delivery

  • Products will be delivered via normal POS Malaysia service unless requested to use a courier.
  • Delivery charges is charged according to the rate given by POS Malaysia or the courier service.
  • Delivery charges shall be paid before delivery.


* TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Please place your order via a non-web-based email address and only use a web-based email account (e.g. Yahoo Mail, Hotmail etc) if you do not have a non-web-based email account.
  2. Please do not make your order through our online form.
  3. Payment must be made in full.
  4. Products will only be delivered after the payment is received.
